Subscription Orders: FAQs

Nine Naturals now offers subscriptions and savings to make your life a little easier! Here’s some more info we thought would be useful.


What happens when I sign up for a subscription on a product or bundle? 

For starters, you save 10% on that purchase and all subsequent purchases. That product will be delivered to you every 6 weeks (though this frequency can be changed - see below). Your credit card will not be charged until the item(s) ship.


Do I get a discount when I sign up for a subscription for a product?

Yes! You automatically save 10% on that purchase and all subsequent purchases.


 How often will my products be delivered?

Your first order will be shipped on the next business day. Subsequent orders will be shipped every 6 weeks unless you change the frequency of your subscription. If you’d like to change the frequency of the delivery, simply visit this page to sign in and manage your account. Your subscription information, as well as other order information with Nine Naturals, is tied to your email address.


 Can I add products to my subscription?

You might fall in love with a new Nine Naturals product and want it delivered automatically to your doorstep. No problem! You can add as many Nine Naturals products to your subscription delivery as you’d like. Sign in here to manage your account using the same email address you used on your purchase.


 Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! If you’d like to cancel your subscription or make any other edits, simply visit this page to sign in and manage your account. Your subscription information, as well as other order information with Nine Naturals, is tied to your email address.


 What are the shipping charges for subscription products? 

Subscription orders have the same set of options as non- subscription orders. See more details here!


 What’s the return policy on subscription orders?

Just like non- subscription orders, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from when the order has arrived to you. Read more here!


 Why don’t I see a subscription option on some products?

Right now, we offer subscription purchases on all Nine Naturals branded products. We do not offer subscription orders on Covet Shop products including nail polish, maternity bras and tea.
